Travel inquiry privacy notice

The form asks for your name, contact details, travel period, group size and duration, destinations, interests, budget, and optional notes. It also records your inquiry consent, submission time, and page language. Please leave out passport details, payment card information, medical records, and other sensitive information unnecessary for an initial inquiry.

We use your answers to understand this trip, assess possible arrangements, and contact you about the inquiry. Submitting the form does not make a booking or subscribe you to marketing.

General consultation and backup forms use Tally; general consultations also sync to restricted Google Sheets. The on-site product form uses Vercel Functions to store inquiries in a private, token-protected Upstash database for 180 days. Records include tour code, title, source page, language and consent version. When mail is configured, Tencent enterprise email sends an inquiry notification to the owner. WeGoSafari contacts you before coordinating with Camptrek; the form does not automatically send your details to the operator.

General and backup forms connect to Tally, while the product form connects to Vercel. Providers may process technical connection and anti-abuse information. Product-form rate limiting uses a keyed IP digest for one hour, without saving the raw IP in the inquiry record. A random request identifier prevents duplicate submissions. You can also inquire using the email listed on our Contact page. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submission, use the public contact details on that page so we can verify and handle your request. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information.

The Chinese homepage serves its silent background film through this site's Vercel hosting, without a YouTube or Bilibili player. The English homepage uses YouTube: playback connects to that service, which processes connection and device information and may use its own cookies. Both backgrounds sit behind the introduction and planning links, without a player toolbar or outbound action. Video loads only while the hero is in view. A plain background appears while waiting, with reduced motion or data-saving settings, or after playback failure. Leaving the hero or hiding the tab pauses playback; returning attempts to resume from the same position. Other films use the platform named beside them.

Website analytics collection is disabled in this version. Local previews and the demo keep analytics off. This website does not send inquiry answers, personal itinerary drafts or notes as analytics events.

Partner email links open your own email app with itinerary details. Your email provider sends the message to Camptrek only after you choose to send it. This website cannot determine whether that email was sent or delivered.

Partner click collection is not enabled in this version. Route links and email buttons remain available.
