Arusha → Tarangire

Drive from Arusha to Tarangire after breakfast and begin wildlife viewing on arrival. Picnic inside the park, then spend the afternoon around the Tarangire River before continuing to your lodge or tented camp for dinner.

Tarangire → Lake Manyara

Travel to Lake Manyara for a morning drive through groundwater forest and open habitat. After a picnic, continue along the lake, hippo pools and savannah before leaving for the escarpment or nearby lodge. Tree-climbing lions and flamingos are possible sightings rather than guaranteed encounters.
