Days 1–2

Nairobi → Samburu → Samburu

Day 1 · Meet the operator in Nairobi for a briefing, then transfer to Wilson for the Samburu flight. Your guide meets the aircraft and combines the camp transfer with wildlife viewing. Check in and have lunch before an afternoon drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River; return for dinner.

Day 2 · Spend the day exploring Samburu's river corridor, acacia woodland and open country. Look for Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk and Beisa oryx alongside larger mammals. Lunch is at camp or a picnic stop, followed by further afternoon viewing and an evening return.

Days 3–4

Samburu → Laikipia → Laikipia

Day 3 · Travel south from Samburu through changing northern landscapes to Laikipia. After check-in and lunch, take an afternoon conservancy drive, looking for elephants, wild dogs, Grevy's zebra and reticulated giraffe. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge.

Day 4 · Explore Laikipia's private conservancies on morning and afternoon drives, with photography stops and discussion of conservation work. Return to the lodge for lunch or take a picnic according to the day's plan. Rhino, elephant and other wildlife sightings depend on conditions.
